You will never see the same dentist twice, since it seems like a farm for new inexperienced dentists. They had me go for oral surgery to prepare for a crown. After the pain of that procedure and having to wait 2 months for healing, I returned to Aspen Dental, where the dentist broke off the tooth. So, instead of a simple crown, I ended up with a bridge, meaning that 3 of my teeth were now compromised to hide the damage. Plus I had to pay for her error! No aplology--she said that sometimes things don't work out. SERIOUSLY???? NEVER AGAIN!

I had an appointment at 5:30 PM and i was late by 8 minutes and office manager Sarah told me that i have to reschedule the appointment as the hygenist has already left ...can't imagine this with a leading dental services provider and people who say customers are our priority and a week before this incident they made me wait for 30 mins for the x-ray
