This dentist is very unprofessional! First off, he barely had answers for me regarding my son's condition when I inquired during my son's visit. 2nd, there was a discrepancy with the bill/ins coverage and handled it over the phone with me in a disrespectful, rude, and condescending manor. I will never return for work or refer anyone to his place of business!

I usually do not write reviews but in this case I had to. My wife and I went for routine dental cleaning 3 weeks ago to Dr. Dugan. We did not have to wait for much time and were called in. Dr. Dugan first finished my wife's dental cleaning in less than 10 minutes and mine with in 15 minutes. This did not bother us as much as the pain and his very rough handling of the teeth. My teeth have become very very sensitive now and also have this very fragile feel to them. I initially thought it would go away within a few days but it has been 3 weeks and see no improvement. In the few minutes he actually spent cleaning the teeth, he pulled them so hard that I could literally feel the whole jaw shaken. Not sure if he was in a hurry or what, but has left my wife's and my teeth in a very bad state. Will never go back to him..you are warned.
