While the doc is good, his Jersey City office staff (Hanna) is horrible. She files the wrong claims with insurance, hangs up on calls in between, doesn't pay attention to discuss the problem, very rude and fake person. My experience was extremely bad to deal with this lady. As I maxed out of my insurance and had to go for a root canal treatment, Hanna suggested that if I come to their office doctor may give me some discounted price for the service, however once i was there, they refused any such provision. They are actually charging me more than the prestimate they gave me for the service. These people are rip off. I would not recommend you this office for Dr Baer's services.

I cant say enough about Dr Baer and his staff. I had originally made an appointment with another endontist but canceled it after speaking with Nancy at Dr Baers office. They were kind, friendly and caring. Dr Baer is a true professional and cares a great deal about his patients comfort. He made sure to minimize any discomfort. The staff assured me that if I had any questions or discomfort, that they were available. They are warm and professional, and they made the experience as positive as it could be under the circumstances. I will recommend them to anyone in need of their line of professional service.
