I have been visiting this dentist for more than 15 years now. The only reason I go back is probably because I only go there for annual cleaning, and I don't remember to find a new dentist until it is time for next cleaning.

I've had a couple of 'fillings' done there over the years, but not by doctor Keller (thank goodness). He has no personality whatsoever. You would think he would at least know my first name by now. It seems like it almost pains him just to say hello when he enters the room to examine my teeth after a cleaning.

His style seems very rough and he wears gloves, but not a mask when examining, which means you are forced to inhale his breath as he is examining your teeth.

The front desk receptionists are not very friendly either. When you enter the office they will stare at you instead of greeting you. You get the feeling that they are only there because they have no other choice. It is supposed to be a family dentist, and you would expect a welcoming environment, but they are definitely not customer friendly.

I'm surprised that so many of the reviews were favorable.

They gave me all the information I needed about fees and payment plans before they scheduled my treatment. I appreciated them giving me enough information to consider my options before paying for it. The office staff is pleasant enough. The dental hygenist has no personality and seems totally bored with her job. Dr. Keller doesn't seem much better. I could deal with the personality issue if I felt my teeth were being taken care of. After a few years I ended up with a few loose teeth. He never addressed my obvious bone loss and the possibility of this happening. He might be ok for someone who just needs run of the mill cleanings, but I do not recommend for anyone who wants to REALLY take care of their teeth and be aware of potential future problems.
