I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Their staff is the most friendly, welcoming staff I've ever dealt with. They are so warm and professional, and make the whole experience that much better. They listened closely to everything I was telling them, and showed a lot of attention to detail. I've never had to worry about them forgetting something or not reading my information correctly, which I've encountered at other places. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. I am going to refer everyone I know here. I absolutely love this place. Let me just say that the chairs in their waiting room are extremely comfortable. I almost fell asleep waiting for the dentist- thats how relaxed I was.

Kind of, I was hoping for a more thorough cleaning

Never! I don't think I've ever been put on hold here for a long time

Not really, they've recommended a few things I don't need
