I don't recall getting any sample toothbrushes or toothpaste after my appointment. I didn't experience any pain during my teeth cleaning. But they did a very cursory job and my teeth were not very clean when they finished. I didn't see the dental equipment, but the patient rooms were filthy - stained walls and trash on the floor. I felt like a number there, and they rushed us through. They tried to sell me more services than I needed and I was not even spoken to about my daughters' appointment - good, bad, or indifferent. The check-out staff was not familar with the insurance we had and was not at all friendly. Needless to say we have found another dentist to go to.
