I would not recommend this dental office to any new patient unles Dr Luther does something about his unprofessional up front staff! She is so rude. She completely ignores me when I walk into the office or, is on a personal phone call, yelling at her Husband or talking to another girl up front ---

If it wasn't for me being a long time patient and loving Dr Luther, I would look for another dentist - yes, she is that rude! Don't even try to talk to her if you have a question on your bill she will make you feel like an idiot for not understanding it

Everything they originally told me they would be able to do for me, they ended up not being able to do. I felt lied to. They make no effort to make me feel special. I don't think they appreciate my loyalty to them. I was glad that they were located in a safe neighborhood. I've been to some other places where I was scared to get out of my car but not here. The restrooms at this provider's office were clean and well-maintained. You could tell that they cleaned them regularly. I had to wait a while after I arrived for my appointment. The staff didn't even keep me updated about how much longer it would be.

Not at all! They were always present and attentive

Absolutely! They have some of the best customer service I have ever seen

Not at all, they were one of the kindest, most attentive individuals I've ever met
