They ignored my questions and my appointment seemed rushed. He didnt seem to care what I had to say. Their staff was friendly but he was rude and snappy at me and talked to me as though I had no clue what I was talking about, I didn't feel welcome there. I feel like my appointment was pointless. None of my questions were answered, nothing was accomplished, and I felt worse when I left. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. I went to a different office thursday and they were much better, my toothache was taken care of and I will tell everyone I know NOT to go to dr dunn

No one should consider going to this dentist. I went for a routine check-up. He told me I needed 4 fillings. I went back and he messed up two of them so I had to have emergency root canals and crowns which ended up costing me almost $5000 out of my own pocket. He also cut my cheek open during my fillings and I had to get stitches. He never apologized at all or offered to pay for my dental work he screwed up. He was very rude to his assistant during my visits which made it very uncomfortable for me to sit in the chair and listen to the way he treated and talked to her. Dr. Dunn is arrogant and rude and does careless work and then won't do anything to recify his mistakes. He was one big disappointment.
