I was a new patient and the front desk girl was a snob. nose so far in the air i dont think she could get it down. i felt like i interrupted her conversation when I walked in because her and the girl that cleaned my teeth were talking and giggling like school girls would. The assistant was nice but the walking around, taking pictures of me, asking me all these questions about fears of dentists and stuff. then we get to take xrays. then the dentist comes in. hes nice but talks about what i like to do??? im here to see the dentist??? do I have a garden? do i fish??? how did i pick alexandria? I came to get my teeth cleaned! I was there for 2 hours and I had to take time off work for this. After I saw the dentist. then I see the girl who was laughing and having a party up front and she cleans my teeth. she was nice but when i left my gums were really red. I have never had that before. hes nice, assistant is nice, not sure about the 2 hours or the rest. didnt schedule for six months. dont have 2 hour lunches!

Myself and my family have been patients of Dr. Nolting since he took over the practice 5 years ago. He and his staff have always provided us with gentle, caring dentistry in a professional environment. We are treated like one of the family and have always received great service. We highly recommended him to all our family and friends.
