All staff members have a professional appearance. This practice operates from 3 locations in the metro area. Appointments by phone are simple as long as you are calling the correct location during their open hours. No, you may not be able to walk in and instantly be escorted to the back, but people don't tend to wait or return when receiving poor service. Dr. Joseph has serviced my family since 1999 and my referrals are also pleased with their new smiles. An ample amount of supplies are available when requested. Dr Joseph does check on you during every adjustment and will take the time to address all of your concerns if asked.

It is extremely difficult to get in contact with the staff when trying to set up an appointment. There are no phone calls made to confirm appointment times. In fact, after setting up my initial appointment for a consultation, I had to call them. They did not have my name listed anywhere and I had to reschedule. There have been no attempts made to reschedule my appointment when the office experienced a power outage. Now nobody is there to answer calls and there is no voicemail/answering service. The office staff are extremely unprofessional and unfriendly. I just want a refund and go some place where my business and money is appreciated.
