5 stars for doctor... 2 stars for office attitude. The people here have the WORST attitude! Was late one visit by 15 min and got screamed at by employee. Most offices say 15 min late, appointment is ok. They cancelled that day's appointment because office was closing for a week and doctor going out of town on a Friday. You could hear the group of staff talking about us just behind the desk. Very rude, No repercussions. Another patient felt so embarrassed for us, that she whispered "its ok, traffic and rain was very bad today. we even had to reroute...". They would not give us an appointment for another 4 months when we called back. Had to call several times to get them to put us on cancellation list. Finally, got an earlier appointment. Still no apologies to this date. If it were not for excellent doctor work and nearing end of appointments of fully out of pocket dental surgery, I would not go back. I figure we need to get our almost $6,000 money's worth...very sad... would NEVER refer anyone again!

AWESOME!!!
I had a bone infection that ate away and exorbitant amount of bone in the front of my mouth, it took a bit over a year to have it grow back enough to put an implant in. During the process I was taken care of in even to this day almost ten years later I am still being treated as a priority> So thank you to both Dr. Arthur and Vivian Sorkin.
