I had to have implants done several years ago on 5 front teeth. I was terrified at the prospect of having teeth extracted without being put to sleep, but I just had the gas and novocaine. I never felt any pain and can't say a bad word about Dr. Silverman or his office staff. My implants came out fantastic. I highly recommend him!!!
