This provider's office is very well staffed. There's always someone to help me right away when I need it. The best part is that the staff is generally very knowledgeable and qualified. Friendly, polite, and incredibly welcoming are just some of the words I would use to describe them. They are just amazing. If you want the best orthodontist in the area than look no further. I have already told all my friends and family about my wonderful experience I had here. I was impressed with their financing options. They were very flexible, and were willing to work with me and my insurance company.

I've been to one or two places that had a really bad smell. I was worried I would encounter it here too but I didn't notice anything. They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I've been other places that left me unattended for quite awhile, but not here. They would never leave me unattended and they always go the extra mile to make me feel cared for. I eventually found a spot after cruising around a little bit. I wish they had more convenient parking available. They were ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up.
