Dr. Lawrence Friedman is an arrogant person but he is probably very smart and definitely accomplished. He describes himself as "a Jersey boy who made good" and, while that may tell his resume and status, it also gives a view of his smug, self satisfaction. I would be careful in sending someone to him.
