It was nice to see them treat their staff with so much respect. It was obvious that they had a good relationship with all of their staff members. I was uncomfortable that they discouraged me from getting a second opinion. They were very qualified and knowledgeable. I could tell that they've been doing their job well for quite a while. They were extremely late to several of my appointments. I often had to wait over an hour for them to show up. It was not easy to reach them in an emergency. I had to call several times before I finally reached them, because they often just have a busy signal.

They made the extra effort to make sure every question and concern I had was addressed. It was so nice to arrive and see many fully qualified staff members. I've gone to some places that were very understaffed and I've never had a good experience. This place had a great staff though, and I'll definitely be going back. I'm always amazed at how considerate and concerned they are for my well-being. Their advice is always wonderful and completely unbiased.
