Dr. Akkad was most certainly the worst doctor I have ever visited. He was extremely rushed, and didn't listen to me at all! He essentially forced me to have unnecessary diagnostic testing onsite, even though I had no risk factors - all because he didn't listen to me! He didn't examine me at all, and rushed me out of the exam room literally within 30 seconds to have the (unnecessary) test done. Surprise! The test was negative. Afterwards, I voiced my concerns to him about the fact that he didn't listen to me, and he said that he was doing another doctor a favor by even seeing me, and said I should look at his schedule of patients for the day, to try to justify being so rushed that he couldn't give me the time required to get a proper history and do a fairly simple exam. He even incorrectly identified a muscle group that just about any lay person would know. I would absolutely NOT recommend Dr. Akkad to anyone. I might also mention that his breath was terrible, and he is a "close talker."

I was confident that they were using the latest treatment methods. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. It is so refreshing to see a provider that you can tell truly cares about their appearance. They strive to maintain a professional appearance and look their best at all times.
