I arrived at this man's office for my first appointment. I scheduled for a tooth extraction for a tooth that was giving me great pain. I was 15 minutes late because of traffic. Even though there was no one in the office and his staff had told me that my insurance was acceptable, they rescheduled my appointment. I waited week, in pain, for the next appointment.
I showed up on time. The staff seated me in the chair.
The doctor came in and had me sign forms for the anesthesia and explained what the procedure would be.
The next thing I know, the "doctor" ,some other guy. Not, Dr Darling who I made my appointment with originally, left the room.
A woman comes in as I am to receive anesthesia and asks me for Money for the deductible on my insurance!
I had spoken with these people for weeks and they never said anything about additional money until I was seated in the chair.
I would have gladly paid them weeks earlier if they had just asked.
But instead Darling switches Dentists on me and then suddenly says I owe more money!!
Let The Buyer Beware....

Their dental equipment is always very clean. I can tell they sanitize it all the time. They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. I loved how gentle and careful they were while they were flossing my teeth. My gums didn't bleed at all. Not only do my appointments never get canceled last minute, they take time out of their day to send me a reminder so I don't forget. They are extremely reliable.
