I liked seeing Dr. Brooks and was satisfied with care. However, he's now lost his license in Ky. Google "Dr. Paul V Brooks Kentucky" [V is his middle initial} for the court order suspending his license. He's since given it up voluntarily. He's also under investigation in OHIO. Trust me, you'll be very suprised to read the suspension order. Apparently he had quite the double life.

I will definitely be returning to see them again. They were fantastic. They always take that extra step to make me feel special. I always enjoy my appointments here. I found the office, but only because I had simple, very clear directions. I wish it had been easier to locate. Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily.
-- I WOULD VISIT DR. BROOKS AGAIN IF I COULD FIND HIM. He was let go from Commonwealth Sports/rehab. Rcd letter in the mail stating that and if I wanted my records to complete and send back release form. They are no longer going to have a doc at that location. They didn't kow if Dr Brooks was going to open an office somewhere else or not. THEY WOULDN'T GIVE OUT ANY INFO. Plus, it's going to take a month or more to get my records. I'd been a patient of Dr. Brooks for many years and believe I was owed more than a corporate letter one week before my appt, with no info as to Dr. Brooks status.
