I have been a patient of Dr. Azalea for over 4 years and he performed several extractions and implant procedures for me. No complications after the surgery .The first implant that she placed is still good as well as it did 4 years ago. Each time the treatment was painless, quick and successful. They are wonderful and do great work!

The doctor Azalea was very professional and friendly. You can see the love and pride she has for her work, and how caring she is for her patients. After two visits I left with dental implants, upper and lower with beautiful teeth. For the first time in years I feel confident about my smile.
