I really love this office and especially Dr. Caldwell and his staff. Dr Caldwell is a great doctor who actually takes time to talk with me about my illness and options. He knows his stuff!

I don't think Dr Caldwell is a bad doctor, but I am not comfortable with his bedside manner. I do have to say however that he has never denied me a referral. I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They make sure to treat all their clients equally and without favoritism. I've always hated it when I've seen favoritism going on at other places I've visited. It's nice that it doesn't happen here.
