The office is fine and the staff is adequate. The doctor is friendly. HOWEVER, wait times are excessive and the doctor is very concerned with maximizing the number of visits and treatments she can put you through. My father, myself, my wife and kids have visited this office and all have been turned off by excessive and unecessary treatments.

Based on my numerous experiences with this doctor, I do not consider her to be competent. I'll give one example. In the treatment of a wart she used six or seven different, unsuccessful treatments and numerous follow up visits. Each time she suggested repeating failed treatments (a new fee) we reminded her that it didn't work. The response "oh yeah, that's right" doesn't cut it. We stayed with her (because it was so "stubborn") until she prescribed a treatment that gave my kid a painful and unsightly rash for several weeks. They "forgot" to tell us how to avoid the rash and offered no apology when called on it. Instead, here's the bill.

Naturally, our new doctor was able to get rid of the wart in one painless treatment. This is one example and I, sadly, have three or four others relating to other family members. She's a very poor choice in Hinsdale.
