Sinus Center – Idaho was founded in 1995 by Dr. John A. Boyajian, M.D. Dr. Boyajian has over 20 years of experience in Ear, Nose, Throat, (ENT) medicine in the Sonoma/Napa Valley of California. He attended medical school at Indiana University School of Medicine and received his ENT training at Kaiser Hospital in Oakland, California.

They separate sinus from allergy in their office. They have a PA who handles allergies and an MD who handles sinuses. Both are very knowledgeable and friendly. Despite this division of labor they work closely together and while there on an allergy visit the PA pulled the MD in to quickly take a look at something. The different focuses makes sense as one can have great sinuses but suffer from allergies or one can have issues in their sinuses with or without allergies. I've only been there 3 times but so far am very satisfied.

I've had difficult breathing through my nose since I was a teen. I visited Dr. Boyajian about 5 months ago to see what the problem was. After several rounds of medications and no success he suggested surgery.
Last week Dr. Boyajian performed: Septoplasty, Turbinal Reduction, and orthoscopic surgery to remove bone fragments. The recovery (so far) has gone very well. I feel great and have greatly increased airflow through my nose even though the swelling from surgery hasn't completely gone away.
I highly recommend this doctor. He definitely knows what he is doing.
