I don't think I have ever been put on hold here for a long time and am so impressed with how quickly all of my questions are answered. There's nothing worse than having to wait on hold for a half an hour just to get someone to talk to you. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations. They were by far one of the best I've ever seen in their field. It was obvious that they've been exceeding their clients' expectations for many years.

I've been a patient of Dr. Shimomura's for over 10 years. His office is easy to find and is a short driving distance from my house. His staff has been with him for a while and all of them are very courteous and professional. It's easy to get an appointment with him and he's usually right on time unless there's an emergency. The office decor is older but the rooms are sanitary. He's strict when it comes to female health as far as sexual health, weight management and diet and exercise but he's still a pretty funny guy and he'll give you straight answers to any medical/health questions you have.
