He was suggested to us by our pcp but we were not comfortable having him as a medical doctor to me and my family. In addition to this the staff were not trained proper customer service, except to collect payment or co- pays upfront. You can hear staff and other patients in other rooms talking. The students interns were handling confidential information. They're supposed to just do shadowing, the same with another doctor Lana Arakaki who shared office with him. This office is too crowded for us. We do not feel comfortable and treated with respect by both as well as the staff. hope this survey help improve their business as private medical providers.
