Went ask for a doctor note for my job as the CBP requested one in order to take the test in Hawaii. They refused to give me a note stating my medical condition. The secretaries are very rude and doctor is stupidiest doctor you will ever see in your life.

They barely gave me any information at all. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. Their staff was not that friendly, and didn't go out of their way to make me feel welcome. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. If I were in some kind of an emergency I'd go back. Otherwise, I'm going to look for something better. I felt very rushed. They barely spent two minutes with me and almost completely ignored me.

They are always polite and never use foul language, which I really appreciate. It's always made me uncomfortable at other places when I've heard them use foul language, but they don't here. I know I can bring my kids, and not worry about it. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. I had to wait for a little while after I arrived for my appointment, but I've had to wait longer at other places. I do not agree with the way they do business here, it is always their way or the highway. They are so uncooperative if a customer complains and are never willing to admit if they are wrong. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions.
