The dentists are fine it's the office staff that I have a problem with. As long as you don't have any billing/Ins everything's fine I guess. I have never had such a hard time getting somebody to file our secondary Ins as I have with them. I have called them three different times trying to get it straightened out, I even had them send me the claim so I could submit it myself. They did get me the claim but with no EOB like I requested. Meanwhile every month they are doing nothing to get these claims paid they are sending us a $400 bill with interest! Every time we get one I have to call them. This has been going on since March and it is now October. So finally I get a letter from our ins company requesting the EOB, so I call for it and they tell me "oh we don't keep those after 30 days" Seriously! We are in process of changing Dentists because of this.

They would never suggest that I buy something that wasn't necessary, and never pressured me. They were always very considerate and professional. Their prices were very fair. The level of care you get for the price is outstanding. I like to keep records of everything I spend, so I was planning on asking them for an invoice for my procedure, but they gave me one before I even had to ask. I was impressed with their professionalism.
