Dr. Carr is a very professional, kind and caring physician.
I have been his patient for nearly 30 years.
I was referred to another well known OB/GYN in Savannah,GA by a close family friend when I was pregnant in 1987 and had a not so pleasant experience. I felt like this "other" physician did not care for me as a patient, and did not respect my feelings or my request for my baby boy to be circumcised.(Incidentally, he was not circumcised) I ended up having to take him to a urologist at age 12 months to have the circumcision done in the operating room, subjecting my baby to general anesthesia. I became pregnant again, and I vowed to find a new doctor that no one recommended to me. I opened the yellow pages searching for an Obstetrician. I had never heard of Dr. Carr and I felt certain that I would be pleased. I scheduled an appointment, and Dr. Carr has been my physician since 1988. He talks to me, he listens, and he cares! He delivered my first grandchild, my baby girl that he delivered in 1988 is now his patient also. I felt this story needed to be told, because he is a doctor for 2 generations of my family now. Dr. Carr has exceeded all of my expectations, he calls me with lab results and explains any findings. I'm so glad I met him and all of his staff. Vanessa Taylor is a huge plus for his practice as well, she is very professional and exhibits all of the characteristics that gives you a positive experience when coming to the doctors office.

They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. Their staff was friendly enough, but they didn't go out of their way to help me. They didn't help me as much as I was hoping and didn't answer all my questions. The office was easy enough to find.

He is often overbooked, therefore plan to spend your day at his office. He is rushed due to all the patients that are scheduled. He is a very nice guy and I trust him, but I don't get the attention needed due to the rushing.
