Dr John M Shutack Informed me after taking my copay and waiting two weeks for an appointment that he was moving to Virginia and was not going to be able to help me.
I was really upset and feel I was robbed. I feel I am due a refund.

Their office was well organized and clean. I could tell they took a lot of time making sure it was presentable. They always made sure that I wasn't in any pain. I never have to worry about them overbooking appointments. They definitely believe in quality over quantity here and it is much appreciated. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. I've never seen anyone who is more respected by their staff. The entire staff only had great things to say about working there, and it made me want to return all the more. Dr Shutack is a very competent and compassionate man.
