I was greeted when I came in the office.. but every month I have to call and call to get them to phone in my refills, it is absurd. They get mad at me for calling and asking them to phone in my refills but if I dont call and ask them they never call them in and the nurses are the absolute rudest people I have ever dealt with in my entire life

Every time I come here they always remember me by name and greet me as soon as I walk in the door, even if it's been months since my last appointment. They are so thoughtful and amazingly sweet, I just love this place. I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. Whenever I called with a question or concern, the staff made me feel stupid for calling. I avoided calling because I didn't want to feel stupid. They were friendly and gracious the entire appointment and made me feel at home. They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary.
