I would run screaming from this office!
Dr Flood has given miss diagnosis, his staff is horrible, especially his insurance lady.
They will lie to you and tell you they take your insurance, then deny that they ever said they did, and stick you with an outrageous bill.
Avoid this DR at all costs!

De. Thomas flood made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff having issue and it is worst staff i have ever met . They were untrained as their nurse trying to draw my blood 2 times but she couldn't and its heart me a lot as she don't know how to draw blood. I was so impressed with Dr. flood but he should put more efficient staff. The office was easy enough to find. I'll definitely be going back due to Dr. flood but i will make sure to not allow their staff to draw blood rather than go to some pther pathology for blood work. I am giving 4 start because of Dr. flood. For their staff it is less than single star.
