I have heard things about this provider, most of it pretty bad. My experience with him was terrible. He is arrogant, won't listen. Has no patience, talks down to you. Doesn't care to learn anything new because he knows it all. Please stay away for your own safety. The only positive thing I have to say is his staff is very courteous and friendly.

It is very difficult to work and see Dr. Faris. The office will not make appointments before 9:30A or after 3P and they are closed for lunch from 11:30A-1:30P so there is not a lot of time for them to see patients. Dr. Faris diagnosed me with a mass on my thyroid and put me on a prescription for 2 months after which we were going to do a biopsy of the mass. Well after taking this medication for 2 months and my health not improving he elected to not do the biopsy yet and instead wanted me to continue on the medication. I explained that this medication had been giving me headaches and making me feel like I had a temperature, but he assured me that was normal. I saw my PCP and explained what was going on only to learn that Dr. Faris did not have me on a thyroid medication, he had me on a diet pill! It was not treating the issue with my thyroid at all! While Dr. Faris is a nice man, the office in Hudson is filthy and the equipment is completely out of date. Most of the staff is nice. But the bottom line is that the doctor doesn't have enough time to see you, speak to you, and actually treat the problem. I would not recommend this office to anyone.
