I didn't wait long at all. My appointment started on time, and the wait was much shorter than other offices I have been to. I love how much attention to detail they show. They are always so careful and meticulous. I never have to worry about them making a mistake or forgetting something. Getting an appointment at this office wasn't too difficult. They were very sympathetic to my situation, and made me feel cared for. I knew that I could count on them at all times. Their equipment was super advanced and sophisticated. I was very impressed with how high-tech everything was.

Their office was one of the quietest, most peaceful places I've ever visited. I was able to relax very easily. Whenever I make an appointment, I'm always confident that they're going to be ready for me at my scheduled time. At other places I've been to, it's always bothered me when they postpone my appointment, but they've never done that here. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. They really go above and beyond to make me feel special. I've never been anywhere that seems to care more about their clients than here. It was very easy to get an appointment. They have a very flexible schedule and get me in quickly every time. I have been going to Dr Kim for 7 years now and I travel from an hour away to see him, that's how much I like him and respect his opinions with my heath and well being. I don't trust any one else especially in my county!
