I most likely wouldn't give them a good recommendation. I think I could have received a lot better care from a different gastroenterologist. They weren't careful at all, and I was in a lot of pain after my appointment.

He treated my husband for four years for constipation when he was advised by the Mayo Clinic that it was probably lymphoma and it should be followed up. We were NEVER advised of this. Another gastro found the problem and he is currently receiving chemotheraphy.

Dr. O'Konski was compassionate and very kind to me. Procedure was painless, and he was extremely thorough in his explanation of the findings. While I had a small issue with one of his staff members - it was quickly resolved, and I was completely satisfied with how it was handled.
