They're always able to answer simple questions over the phone. They only make me schedule appointments if necessary. They have the very latest in orthodontic care and treatments here. I was very impressed with all the new and sophisticated equipment in their facility. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here.
