Their staff was friendly enough, but I was concerned that some of the flyers in their window were grossly out of date. The examining rooms are reasonably bright and child-friendly but they could use a fresh coat of paint. The pediatricians are great but I was once forgotten in a waiting room. I suppose it happens. The parking situation, however, is a nightmare and once, when I had an emergency, they had forgotten to tell me to call the hospital when they are not there and their answering machine, due to a power failure, had deleted that important message. Needless to say, I had to find an emergency pediatrician in a pinch.
