My children went for cleaning. Staff was friendly enough, doctor seemed a little rushed even though we were the only ones there. All was ok until "treatment coordinator" (not sure of exact title) informed me of costs to fill cavities. She told me the price for the "upgraded" filling--the non-silver option. When i asked how much for the basic filling that I thought my insurance covered, she said it was "about $10 less, so you may as well get the upgraded since it's only $10 more." I checked my benefits booklet as soon as i got home and, of course, basic silver fillings are 100% COVERED--NO COPAY!! She still tried to stick to her lie when I finally spoke to her a few days later, and then told me the office doesn't even do the silver fillings--I'd have to go elsewhere. Extremely upset that she never told me what my basic covered options were. Obviously, I'm never going back and suggest you be very aware when you get your quote.

They never left me for an extended period of time and I never felt ignored. I always have the best experience every time I have an appointment here. Although I have not had much to complain about, I have noticed that they strongly adhere to the customer is always right policy and if anything goes wrong make every effort to correct the situation. Not only was I able to watch TV during my dental procedure, they had a ton of magazines for me to look through as well. I barely even noticed that my dental procedure was going on because I was fully entertained the entire time. The toothpaste they used during my cleaning tasted great. It made the experience that much better.
