Just as a side note, this business is really conveniently located and is close to everything. It is right off and freeway and close to all kinds of shops. I was able to do my shopping for the week right after my appointment. One thing I noticed about their office was how absolutely fantastic it smelled. They must clean or sanitize all the time. I love that they are always more than happy to answer my questions, and actually welcome questions. I've felt awkward at some other places I've visited when I've tried to ask a lot of questions, but not here. They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. They never complain about anything, and I know I can always count on them. Not only were they able to provide everything they promised me, they went above and beyond and exceeded my expectations.

I could tell that they took pride in their office's appearance. It was very well organized and well taken care of. the doctor could have used a refresher course in his bedside manner and some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods as his 2 or 3 questions are always the same. a physical is taking my blood pressure, listening to my heart and lungs, then he ask if i need any new medications and then has my blood drawn for testing. that is it! 2 of my neighbors agree that is what he does for them. all 3 of us have repeatedly complained about the rude and obnoxious nasty behavior of one his staff. so he fired one of his senior staff members that was a target had to take the cruel abuse in front of patients. I can get an appointment usually right away. If I compare them to others in their field, I wouldn't say they're the worst, and not the best by any means. there is a new PA on board now and hope is alive again.
