Not only did they not answer my questions, they barely gave me any information whatsoever. I'm going to have to do my own research to get my questions answered. They probably could have used some continuing education courses to get up-to-date on more current methods. I've already started recommending them to people I know. They did such a great job. Every time I'd ask a question, it seemed like they were annoyed and didn't want to give me an answer. I understand they're busy, but they should really treat their clients better. My long term as a patient,had been fine until,i see a fill in or School want a be pre interviewed,As for the fill in ? Dr.BEDSIDE MANNERS I QUOTED AFTER? GO SOMEWHERE ELSE?" THIS PHYSCHITRY'S I ASKED DR. Did you read my jacket or history? No he stated!
Am upset for days after learning your Dr on staff who did take 100% time to get thru many problems positive for years. Then I think ?Whats going on here ? Days before I receive,My severl times? Dr. is on a "Special Assignment" I think? AMERICA ? I can't sleep do to fear or anger? I have several Dr's for several reasons,now my staus is in and out of limbo. This is not a game ?Its my life ! So I was guided by a Specialist to ask The CEO first to resolve my fears and life. Thank You for your time! Dr.Scott Segal
