They answered most of my questions but I could have used more information. One receptionist was downright rude (to the point that I had to complain), the others were nice enough. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. They seemed to be too busy to give me alot of attention. There were often long waits in the reception room. The weight loss program was good, but expensive. I had to do a lot of work myself; don't expect any miracles. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all. Follow up program would have been helpful to me but it is expensive.
