It was easy to get the appointment time that worked for my schedule, but they do not offer walk-ins. When she is sick and needs medical attention, I have to go to the emergency room. There needs to be a 2-hour time in the mid-day to offer help to sick children. By the time I get her to the appointment, she no longer needs to go. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say. The one thing that I really enjoy about this place is their high level of customer service. Their full attention is always on me and they never take personal calls during my appointment. I've been to other places that answer their phone and it just drives me crazy. They made sure that their qualifications were obvious. I was confident that I was under the care of a professional.
