I was suspicious that a back molar tooth did not need to be pulled, the radiologist agreed with me, but the dentist insisted on pulling it anyway- I went in for a check up and the dentist was 30 minutes late so i had to have the checkup with a different dentist, i bumped into him as i left and it was awkward.

BIGGEST ISSUE: I had a balance of $1700 for pulling two teeth and having injections of bone filler- and couldnt afford it so I set up $77 monthly payments; I replaced my bank card back in July of 2013 and reset up the payments, but got a $25 late fee that was continually removed from my next payment [making each payment $55, therefore past due again for the next month.] So I have now paid $250 in fees [May 18, 2014] instead of paying that into the contract balance [which i now still owe $312]. I called to ask about this and all he could say is that it was in the contract.

I feel conned. I will not return for further dental work at any Western Dental location.

My mouth felt disgusting when I left my appointment. It actually felt dirtier than it did when I arrived. My teeth cleaning felt very rushed. I was disappointed that they didn't take the time to clean my teeth thoroughly. I could tell that they didn't practice good oral hygiene and it made me doubt that they really knew what they were talking about. It didn't look like they practiced what they preached. It seemed like they were trying to rush my appointment and were annoyed to be helping me. It was obvious that they wanted to be somewhere else. All the equipment at this office seems a little old and outdated. It's usable, but just barely.
