Dr. O'Reilly was my daughter's first pediatrician. She is an excellent clinician and very caring person. She never made us feel that our concerns were silly, but put me at ease when my daughter was ill. No other pediatrician has made me feel as confident in my daughter's care as Dr. O. I would highly recommend her to anyone.

We just moved back to Jax and I made an appt. for my son's well visits. Our apt. was at 10:45am and we did not leave the office until 12:50pm. We finally got in a room when the doctor came in. She started examining my 6 month old son. She opened his diaper to check his penis. He is circumsized. She counts 1,2,3 and pulls the skin on his penis down really hard. My son starts crying and I have no idea what she just did or why. I ask what just happened and she said that the skin reattached and she just pulled it apart. i could not believe she did not even ask my permission before ripping my sons skin. I was in complete shock. She then goes on to tell me that my son is too pale and I need to give him iron supplements without even testing him first. She thens starts repremanding me bc I started my son on solids around 6 months. she said I should have started at 4 months and I was behind. She then moves on to my old son that just turned 2. She tells me he needs to start potty training and that I need to put him in some kind of daycare for socialization. Really? I left so upset and I called the next day to talk to the office manager. The office manager basically just made excuses for everything. Over the weekend, my husband and I discovered that my son's penis still has skin attached on one side so the dr. didn't even dettach all of it. So, I called back about this problem and they schedule me with the other doctor there. I went in and everything was ok until she starts telling me how she doesn't believe in circumsizing boys. How it should be illigal and we don't circumsize girls so we shouldn't do it to boys. Again I was in complete shock. I am in there with my son that is circumsized and she is telling me this. I thought dr. were not suppose biased?? What a bunch of unprofessional doctors at this office. I will never go back and I will tell everyone I see about their practices and my horrible experience BOTH times!
