I went here hoping (after a 4yr absence) to get a cleaning and the inevitable bad new on work that needed to be done. I have a HUGE anxiety when it comes to dentist and dental work. It stems from issues I ve had since I was as young as 8 (now 30) and the way dentist have approached me regarding said issues. This dentist was no different. After having xrays taken he came into the room i was placed in to tell me that I need a deep cleaning and a few teeth restored (replaced). After telling the billing woman that I could not afford a $450 co-pay on a deep cleaning and $360 a tooth (because it was cosmetic they don t cover it), rather than offer assistance in terms of either a payment plan and or another option her only words of wisdom for me were to upgrade my ins. to a PPO. WTF? On top of that they didn t even offer to (a the minimum, I know I needed more) to do a basic cleaning, which my ins. covers. Again WTF! Poor patient manor, VERY (and I can not stress this enough) VERY RUDE.
