Never have I ever seen a doctors office so incompetant. You call to make appointments n they never answer the phone . They never return calls. If you need refills on your meds your sometimes waiting weeks. The doctor gets mad when you go to the emergency room but what else are you supposed to do when you get no response from the doctors office. Nurses downright lie n say they never got any messages. Please stay away from this doctor or you could end up very sick.

DOC POTTER, GREAT GUY, PARNELL, WENT TO HIM. BUT GOT DR. POTTER....... PART TIME OFFICE, ANSWERING MACHINES ALWAYS FULL, UNABLE TO GET RETURN CALLS, OR A REAL PERSON ON THE PHONE. ONCE IN A BLUE MOON. HAVE NO IDEA WHAT THE PROBLEM IS, BUT. BEING A PHYSICIAN... THIS SHOULD BE CORRECTED.
