Dr. Ruff gave me an injectible that caused irreparable bags and lines under my eyes. I have to go to another doctor for an eye operation in order to fix it because it will never go away. He told me the worst that could happen was that the worse that could happen was that "nothing would change" He tricked me, failed to give me informed consent and after I ended up looking 20 years older he said too bad. It was a horrible experience and he just doesn't care about his patients. Dr, Ruff is not trustworthy at all. There definitely appears to be a trend of overbooking clients here. The wait has gotten longer and longer from when I first started seeing them.After I was harmed, it was revealed that he he had lied about his experience and had not done this before.
