Their primary concern is my safety and comfort, and they always take the time to address every concern of mine immediately. They were so easy to reach in an emergency, they answered my call immediately. It is a relief to know that I can count on them to always be there for me when I need them the most. I've never had to worry about them being understaffed or not being able to help me right when I need it. They have a huge staff that's very knowledgeable and qualified. I love how attentive they are here. Even when notified that they have a personal phone call, they always wait to take it later. Their full attention is always on me and it makes me feel special. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all

The whole team was ready to see me when I showed up for my appointment. I never had to wait for them to show up. I also got an appointment quickly. I've never had to wait too long. I felt absolutely fantastic and I always felt very satisfied after the treatment and my mouth felt very clean.
I feel they always try to accommodate my schedule. I knew I was getting top-of-the-line treatment not only because I felt during the treatmnet but also by explanations of Dr. Dill when describes what he is doing during the treatment, what materials he is using and why he uses them. This behaviour clearly showes me how skillful they are incorporating the scientific and theoratoical knowledge into the practice.
