I saw Dr. Vander Vennet because I had some concerns about the growth of my baby. After waiting in the waiting room for 45 minutes I was finally let into a room. I was the last patient of the day. Dr. Vennet spent all of three minutes on a scan of my baby, didn't take any measurements, didn't ask if I had any questions or anything. When I attempted to ask questions he told me he had other patients to see and rushed out the door. How RUDE! I AM a patient and what other patients since I am the only one here. Needless to say I was livid at his degree of concern, his lack of customer service and his rude behavior. When I left the room he was sitting in his office in front of a computer. I will NEVER go to him again for anything.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. They always make an extra effort to make me feel respected and attended to. They always listen to every question or concern I may have. They had some annoying music playing in the background here, but it didn't bother me much. It was pretty quiet. They always make sure to return my phone call as soon as possible. They've never left me waiting.
