Just as a side note, I was very impressed with how conveniently located this business was and how close it was to other shopping centers. It was so easy to find, I didn't have any trouble at all. They examined my teeth very thoroughly to make sure they didn't miss anything. It was nice to know when I left that everything had been taken care of. I haven't seen any coupons or discounts for this provider's office, but I haven't really looked. They never mention anything about promotions when I'm there. They were able and willing to answer every question I had. I definitely felt informed. They always take the time to listen to me. I know they really care about me and what I have to say.

I went in for a sore tooth 3 days ago, it was diagnosed as an abscessed tooth, after 3 days (now Friday) of amoxicillin treatment for infection it became worst.

I called at 8:00 and asked to speak with DR. Ralphs assistant, I was told they where busy and she would call me right back. Then I was asked the problem and was told they would call me back with an appointment today to have the tooth extracted.

No one returned my call, At 12:00pm I called back and the office was closed!

Now I have to suffer all weekend long in excruciating pain until monday!

Not satisfied at all !!!
