My immediate and extended family have been patients here for three generations now. We actually moved with them when they changed locations aprox. seven years ago.They always go above and beyond to help me with anything I need. We are always treated with extreme courtesy and have found that the staff is a true team, almost like family themselves.They go out of their way to make everyone feel equally respected and cared for. The waiting is not long at all, sometimes patients do not even have a chance to sit down before being called back, and I know that, if it ever takes longer than expected, it must be due to an emergency. I am very comfortable in this office, it is beautiful and clean and the equipment used is very much up to date. I really like my dental home and highly recommend it.

I have been going here for about 16 yrs. I have implants and bridge work. Their office is o.k.& clean. I don't think the hygienist was very experienced or well-trained in cleaning implants. My lower bottom tooth became loose and I got Dr. Pullen to check it, He informed me that it would have to be pulled and my bridge redone. While I was planning to get this done, I lost an upper tooth crown, I went back and he checked it and said everything would need to be taken out and moved over. I really didn't understand the procedure and he didn't explain it to well. His assistant was somewhat pushy for me to get this work done. I have connections at UAB Dental School, so I went there to get checked and evaluated. I was shocked at what they found. I have gingivitis, & infection around my implants & other problems. I had xrays done every year & some more regular. It is my opinion that they did not care for my dental needs as they should have. If all of this had been found sooner, I could have been treated. I hold the hygienist responsible for not informing me, since she cleaned my teeth each time. I also found out that the procedure he was going to do would not have worked. I would have wasted quite a lot of money for nothing. I do not trust this dentist, I just hope some of his other patients are not going to experience what I have.
