Dr. Adams is considerate and has always attended to every issue I had. He takes the time to explain every procedure and options and will make sure that you are pleased with the outcome. I have had crowns & root canals in the past 10 years and he did an excellent job in every case. I am moving now and hope that I can find a dentist as competent and understanding in MS.

They made sure every single question I had was answered, and are always available if I think of any more questions I want answered. Their staff was not friendly at all, I didn't feel welcome there. I felt like my needs were mostly met, but they didn't make any extra effort. The office staff yelled at me pregnant because I had to go to the ER and missed a 8 am appointment.
